Cancelling a booking
If for certain reasons you want to cancel the booking you have to take into account the cancellation conditions set by the boat owner. Below are the aspects that can affect these conditions. There are 3 different types of cancellation policies: Flexible, Standard and Strict. The explanation of each type can be read below. If you are a boat owner and you want to cancel there are also conditions that apply. These can be found at the bottom of the page. The Service package is always applicable and will never be returned.

Owner cancellation policies
1st time
Cancellation without force majeure
Bad review + unavailable calendar + €50,- boete
Less than 24 hours before check-in
Bad review + unavailable calendar + fine for the total booking amount of the cancelled booking.
2nd and 3rd time
Cancellation without force majeure
Bad review + unavailable calendar + a fine of €100,-
Less than 24 hours before check-in
Bad review + unavailable calendar + a fine of the total total booking amount of the cancelled booking.
4th time
Cancellation without force majeure
Removal from Barqo + fine of €100,-
Less than 24 hours before check-in
Removal from Barqo + a fine of the total booking amount of the cancelled booking.
The service package is always applicable and will never be returned.
