Things to do in Sibenik
Sibenik has a special visiting card: the St. Jacob's Cathedral from the 15th century, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. This cathedral is entirely made of stone and is located in the center of the city. There’s also a treasure of history protected by four ancient forts: St. Ivan, St Mihovil, St. Nicola and Subicevac. At the St. Nicolafort, which is free to visit, outdoor concerts are held occasionally. In June and July, the International Children's Festival takes place in the city. During this two-week festival, children are central. They transform the city into a big playground full of games, art, drama and film.
